Meet Our Med Mal Agents: David and Jason Leander

Male and Female Surgeons David and Jason Leander are not only brothers, but they are also the lead med mal agents at Cunningham Group. It is no accident that they are considered top med mal agents and leaders in their field. They are often asked by other insurance agents, who have physician clients, if they would be willing to partner for their clients in need of med mal insurance.

Together, the Leander brothers have over 15 years of experience. And, between them, they are licensed in all 50 states. Each brother brings something different to the field.

David Leander’s entire career has been devoted to med mal insurance. He is a specialist who has seen it all –every kind of client/situation imaginable, the markets changing and shifting over time, and every kind of claim imaginable. And, his experience allows him to find the right insurance company and policy for his clients, while solving problems along the way and getting his clients’ the best price possible.

Jason Leander comes to the medical malpractice insurance field from the finance world. Though firmly in medical malpractice for many years now, with his background in wealth management, a former commodities trader, and a personal interest in customer service, he is well poised to not only service his clients with med mal insurance, but to also look at the bigger picture and advise his physician clients with their larger financial needs. His financial background allows him to provide his clients with more sophisticated tools, like homesteading, captives, and risk purchasing groups (RPGs). He can also advise his clients informally on retirement considerations.

But don’t just take our word that the Leander brothers are good at what they do. You need to know that our med mal agents are excellent according to your peers, actual clients. Check out our Testimonial page on our website.
