Congressman Steve King: How he intends to implement medical malpractice tort reform

Healthcare Matters sat down with Congressman Steve King of Iowa to discuss his medical malpractice tort reform portion of this Protecting Access to Care Act that narrowly passed the House earlier this summer.

Rep. King spoke about the specifics in the bill and that that President intends to sign it if it gets to his desk.

The Protecting Access to Care Act has the best chance in recent memory to get tort reform passed.
